Minnesota Housing Finance Agency - provides information on home mortgage loans, first time homebuyer loans, home improvement loans, down payment and closing costs, foreclosure prevention and homebuyer training.
Minnesota Home buyers handbook- This book provides information on the whole buying process. It come right from the Attourney generals office.
City of Brooklyn Center- This city has two programs for buyer's, A Renew Loan and Renew Grant. Click on the link to read more about thease two programs.
City of Minneapolis- CityLiving loans offer homebuyers an opportunity to purchase Minneapolis homes at an interest rate that historically has ranked well below market rates. The City sells tax exempt mortgage revenue bonds, making the funds available to private lenders for low-interest mortgages. To apply for one of these loans, please contact a participating lender.
